Catnip Arcade is made by Ken Laws. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms, which exist mostly to explain how CatCoin works.

The app

Catnip Arcade is a collection of mini-games provided for entertainment. It is offered as-is: we work hard to keep it fun and bug-free, but we cannot promise it will always be available or flawless, and we are not liable for anything beyond what you paid for it.

CatCoin and purchases

CatCoin is a virtual in-game currency. It has no real-world value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the app.
CatCoin purchases are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple, not through us.
CatCoin balances live on your device. Deleting the app deletes your balance, so spend generously.

Fair play

Please do not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or resell the app or its content. Cats respect boundaries. Occasionally.
